This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Tri Services Services provides refunds or accepts cancellations for our cybersecurity services. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

1. General Refund Policy

At Tri Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality cybersecurity services. Due to the nature of our professional services, which involve expert consultation, security assessments, and customized solutions, our refund policy differs from standard product-based businesses.

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted and the process for requesting them.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Service Not Delivered

If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe without valid reason, you may be eligible for a full refund of any payments made for those undelivered services.

Service Quality Issues

If the delivered services do not meet the agreed-upon specifications or industry standards outlined in your service agreement, you may request a refund or service correction within 7 days of service delivery.

Cancellation Before Service Commencement

If you cancel a service before we begin work, you may be eligible for a refund minus a 10% administrative fee. This applies only if no work has been performed.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Completed Services

Once a security assessment, audit, penetration test, or other service has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued. This includes all reports, findings, and recommendations provided.

Ongoing Subscription Services

For monthly or annual subscription services, refunds are not available for partial months or unused portions of the subscription period. You may cancel at any time, but payments already made are non-refundable.

Custom Development Work

Any custom security solutions, implementations, or development work that has been commenced is non-refundable, as it involves dedicated resources and expertise specific to your requirements.

Training Services

Security awareness training, certification courses, and educational programs are non-refundable once access has been granted or training has commenced.

4. Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellation

You may cancel scheduled services with at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Same-Day Cancellation

Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled service will result in a 50% cancellation fee, as our resources and team have already been allocated.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment or provide access as required without prior notice, you will be charged the full service fee with no refund available.

Company-Initiated Cancellation

If we need to cancel or reschedule your service, we will provide at least 24 hours notice and offer alternative dates or a full refund of any advance payment.

5. Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our billing department at billing@triservices.co.in within 7 days of service delivery. Include your invoice number, service details, and reason for the refund request.

Review Period

All refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. We may request additional information or documentation to process your request.

Approval and Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the work completed, resources utilized, or services already delivered.

6. Special Circumstances

Emergency Services

Emergency incident response services are non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of resources and expertise required to address urgent security threats.

Third-Party Costs

Any third-party costs incurred on your behalf (such as software licenses, certification fees, or specialized tools) are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund amount.

Legal or Compliance Requirements

Services required for legal compliance, regulatory audits, or certification processes are non-refundable once initiated, as these involve specific deliverables mandated by regulatory bodies.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our services or have concerns about billing, we encourage you to contact us directly before pursuing a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and professionally.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of services and may affect your ability to engage our services in the future.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
