While we strive to provide the highest quality cybersecurity services, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You acknowledge that cybersecurity is an evolving field and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tri Services, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Delhi, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit regarding any disputes with Tri Services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

10. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tri Services regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
